Rob Becker’s hilarious “Defending the Caveman” was the longest running one-man play on Broadway. See Isaac Lamb at the Kirkland Performance Center February 6th through 9th. Don’t have time? Life strategist Valorie Burton says “‘Oh yes you do! ‘

Talented Portland actor, Isaac Lamb, has been performing as The Caveman for four years. He’s also a member of the Meh-tropolis Ballet Theatre’s Character Ensemble in Los Angeles and a member of the Kohl Players, with whom he appeared in the original one-act play, One Sunday in Mississippi. Defending the Caveman goes deeper than the age-old battle of the sexes, and maybe – just maybe – throws more than a little light on common gender differences.

And in case you’re thinking “Well gee, I’d love to go to the theatre … but who has time these days?”, life strategist, speaker, and author, Valorie Burton joins Vicki in the second half of the show to talk about her new book How Did I Get So Busy? The 28-Day Plan to Free Your Time, Reclaim Your Schedule, and Reconnect with What Matters Most. Publishers Weekly describes this book as a wakeup call … an effective and inspiring plan for change. And Valorie has been interviewed by CNN, ABC, USA Today, Real Simple, the Los Angeles Times and more. Tune in and get tuned up!
