A Labor Day Encore Broadcast with two amazing Seattle women! People joke about having a mid-life crisis. But if you’re the one having it–regardless of your age–it’s not so funny! And sometimes it can be hard to see your way out. We’ll talk with Dr. Gloria Burgess about building bridges from what was and what is, to what can be. And Dr. Delaney Ruston joins us to share her moving journey as a daughter, doctor, and filmmaker who wants to reconnect with her estranged schizophrenic father…a father who wants to stop his medicine … and a system that fails them both when he does. Look for Delaney Ruston’s film coming to PBS in October!
